The Staff are very pleasent . The hotel looks pretty good and aims to please .As a european visitor and non vegetarian the hotel does not meet what I would normally accept as the norm . The hotel runs a vegitarian food policy and there is no Alchlol served . The vegetarian food options for dinner in the restaurant are excellent but when I went for breakfast the only option I had was Tea and toast . I am afraid the rest of the food on offer wasnt what I would expect - No Eggs or related dishes . I understand that this is the Hotel policy and I fully respect the rules regarding alcohol , but it certainky isnt clear prior to booking . The rooms are average and felt damp but that could be down to the climate . I can not recomend an alternative hotel because I believe they may run to the same rulings .

Regency

The Hotel has a nice entrance and a big lobby, The rooms are neat and tidy, The Breakfast Buffet and mid night buffet were great to eat as had good variety of dishes. The Live counters in the evening do add a part in making guest comfortable. over all nice stay!

Sagrikaresort

Visited Ziba last Monday for wife's birthday and was superbly organized by Mr Ruchit & team. Food was delicious and service was too good. Asked for surprised table decoration and was awesome. Once again thank you Mr Ruchit & Team for making our day very special

I went Surat for a business trip. I was visiting Surat for the first time so was little bit confused for stay in Surat. I searched hotels in Surat and just found the reviews of this hotel and booked. After check in it was amazing experience. Room service quality and hygienity was more than expected. If I will visit Surat i will definitely will stay there.

Stayed here for one night. Couldn't experience much but over all the hotel looks great, staff is very nice.. rooms are nice and spacious..I had a fabulous view.. bathroom was nice and clean. Unfortunately I couldn't try much of their breakfast but the spread looked good. Only drawback was that the bathroom near the Piano restaurant was smelling a bit. But overall I was really happy with my experience!

Stayed for a night on a business trip. The look and feel of the hotel is really good. The buffet spread and food quality was good, thought it was completely vegetarian. Only the ala carte has non veg options. The service was a bit slow at times though. Satisfied with my stay.
